I'm Linden and I'm a fully qualified child sleep consultant. I'm excited to help families overcome their children's sleep challenges. I've become so deeply curious and passionate about childrens sleep because I know first hand how hard it can be. I never thought my eldest son would sleep well and I was always tired, but I knew things had to change and that they could. I just needed some help & guidance on what to do.
Now being armed with the training, knowledge and expertise of infant sleep, I could not be more excited to help build a team of strong sleeping babies and toddlers. Sleep can be complex & frustrating but once you set a solid sleep foundation for your child it will have a truly noticeable impact on your family dynamic.
